Shipping & Delivery – Gift products and Subscription Boxes All Gift products  are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of receipt  of  confirmed payment.

Subscription Boxes are delivered as per the schedule each month only. They are dispatched between the 8th and 10th of the following month after you place an order

When will my I receive my Subscription Box? For all subscriptions made till 25th of the present month the Subscription Box will be shipped between the 8th and 10th of the following  month and will reach you in 3- 5 business days. Where does the Subscription Box and Gift Box Ship to? At present we ship  only in India . The Subscription Boxes are sent via regular courier or speed post services. If you are interested to receive any Gift Box Internationally please send a mail to info@mygiftbox.co  with your complete delivery address and we will send you a quote for the same with the courier charges What are the charges for shipping of  Gift products and Subscription Boxes? Shipping is free and included for all Subscription boxesCertain gift products shipping charges are extra.
Can I track my consignment ? Yes . All customers  will receive a unique tracking number by email  that they can use to  track their consignment. Can I change my Shipping address for the  Subscription Box? Yes! Just  update your information in your account page before the 20th day of the month so that the necessary changes can take effect. You can also alternatively email us at  info@mygiftbox.co and we will update the same for you. Returns Subscription Boxes cannot be exchanged and are non refundable once they are shipped. However, if the product is damaged , defective or send due to our error we will send a replacement Gift products  Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened , used or tampered  and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, if the product is damaged we will send you a replacement Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances CANNOT be returned under any circumstances due to certain restrictions. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error. If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info@mygiftbox.co and we will inform you of the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Cancellations for Gift products

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
