What is A Subscription Box ?

A Subscription Box is a curated box of 3 to 5 products of a certain category  (eg. Cosmetics , Beauty , Jewelry , Chocolates , Diabetic, Organic etc).Every month different products are selected in that category to be added in the box and  delivered  to your home.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

What are the different Subscriptions available for Subscription Boxes?

There are  4 types of subscription plans available.

  • Monthly – 1 Month
  • Quarterly – 3 months
  • Half Yearly – 6 Months
  • Yearly – 12 Months

The subscriptions will be billed for the entire period of subscription when you place the order.

The cancellations are accepted if you send a request before the deadline of the 15th of the expiring month.

When will my I receive my Subscription Box?

For all subscriptions made till 25th of the present month the Subscription Boxes will be shipped between the 8th and 10th of the following month and it will reach you in 3- 5 business days.

What are the products included in the Subscription Boxes?

Every month the Subscription Boxes will contain a selection of 3-5 products chosen specifically for you in that category.

Are these samples?

Some of the  products included in the Subscription Box are samples and others are full products .The details can be found in the each of the subscription boxes description.

What are the Brands included in the Subscription Box ?

We do partner with many international brands and want to make the best global products available and affordable for people to try and experience .

Can we know the products available in the Subscription Box ?

The real surprise is the wait for the Subscription Box to arrive each month filled with the best products for you. The list of products in the Subscription Box will be available on the website once they are shipped each  month. Also you can check the  previous boxes online to know of the products. We can assure  you will get the best quality products.

Can I Change Plans

Yes.Send us a mail to  info@mygiftbox.co  before the 25th of the month.

Is there any way I can opt for my subscription on hold?

Unfortunately, currently  we are not able to  hold subscriptions. But  you can cancel your subscription for a period within the deadline and then add a new subscription later when you want to receive the subscription boxes.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTION

What is Gift Subscription?

When  you buy a box for someone else and gift them it is gift subscription.

It is only one time payment and does not renew after the subscription period .Gift subscriptions cannot be extended  or cancelled. The recipient can subscribe again after the expiry of the gift subscription and become a regular subscriber.

What are the other features associated with a gift box?

We can customize the box with the products of your choice. It can be gift wrapped with a greeting card along with a message at a charge. 

When will you ship the first gift box?

The first gift box will be shipped  on the date of your choice. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We will send you a shipping notification via email for the same to both the subscriber and the recipient.

Do you ship the Gift Boxes Globally?

At present we ship only in  India .

If you are interested to receive any Box  Internationally please send a mail to info@mygiftbox.co with your complete delivery address and we will send you a quote for the same with the courier charges.

I love the products in my box ! Where can I  purchase additional items from the box?

All the products will be  available online along with many other international brands at economical prices.

The Subscription box’s insert includes more detailed product and brand information. At times we even include special coupons or offers from our featured brands.

Do you send the same products in all the Subscription Boxes?

No. At times there will be variations in  the products but they will be mostly similar. But we are confident we will send you the best quality products. We also assure that the same product  will not be send  twice .

Can the Subscription  Boxes be Customized?

Sorry currently we are not able to customize boxes on an individual basis. But we hope to come with customized  boxes very soon. If you are interested  to add brands that you like , please send us a mail to info@mygiftbox.co with your valuable feedback.

But the occasion boxes and corporate boxes can be customized based on your requirements. 

What if the samples I don’t Like ?

We are sorry  for that and would appreciate your feedback so that we can improve  from our side. But we will appreciate if you can share it with some of  your good friends.

PERSONAL DATA

Is it possible to change my  personal data ?

Yes you can do the necessary changes after logging in to your account and do the editing. Alternatively you can send us a mail to info@mygiftbox.co and we can update it for you.

Will you share  my personal information? 

No , We do not share customer information with  any third parties .We use your Contact Data primarily to contact you when necessary, including to remind you of upcoming or special offers

We may share information with governmental agencies or other investigation agencies that help us in fraud detection or prevention. We may do so when it is permitted or required by law, protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud , unauthorized transactions , any investigating fraud that has already taken place or respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties.

PAYMENTS

What are the payment methods available ?

We accept payments by Debit cards , Credit cards , Net Banking Bank , Wire Transfer , Direct Bank Deposit and Prepaid gift coupons and PayPal for international customers.

Can I join if I don’t have a credit card?

You can also do a direct deposit to our bank account. Send us a mail with your order reference and we will share the banking details.

Do you  have cash on delivery facility ?

Unfortunately at present we do not offer cash on delivery. But the facility will be made available soon.

When is the payment debited from my account ?

The payments are debited based on the choice and value of your subscription plans.

The payment is debited at the time of check out .

Do you have any  hidden charges ?

There are no hidden charges. All Taxes and VAT are already included in the price .

Do you charge any taxes?

Yes , GST is added  in the billing.

Is it safe to order online ?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information that you share with us. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure .Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

You can also make payments through Direct bank deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Can I Cancel my Subscription ?

Yes. We're sad to see you go, but  you can send us a mail to info@mygiftbox.co  to cancel your valid subscription and  we will refund the balance amount after deducting the months you have received the subscription boxes. Please note that the request for cancellation has to be submitted by the 25th of the month.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation to ensure your account is cancelled.

Please Note: Requests made via social media like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest , Google+ ,Instagram, etc will not be accepted for cancellation.

We will not be able to cancel once the subscription boxes have been shipped.

COUPONS  AND GIFT CARDS REDEMPTION

Coupon Redemption

How to redeem the coupon code?

Enter the code during the checkout process under coupon code.

The  voucher code does not work?

It is possible  that the  voucher code is valid for only certain products. Another reason can be that is has been already expired. Drop us a mail at  info@mygiftbox.co so that we can resolve it.

Can I make use of many voucher codes for a single purchase order?

Sorry.Only one voucher code is valid for one order.

What can I use my loyalty points  for?

Your loyalty points can be used to pay for any products on our website. Loyalty points are valid for one year.

Where do my loyalty points come from?

You receive loyalty points when you make a purchase. You also get reward points for referral, social media activities etc. Check the free rewards icon for more information.

Can I have my loyalty points out in cash?
Loyalty points can never be paid out in cash nor can it be transferred to another customer.
